Clothes stuck together

I don't know why the clothes are stuck together. In the simulation, they look normal, provided the simulation doesn't end with an explosion (But it always ends in an explosion.). Is this sticking together intentional?

Yea, that's a common issue on such a clothing with long sleeves, long skirt, etc.. The clothing was rigged to the figure with weight mapping, if the vendor didn't tweak / finetune the weights on the bones, the sleeves / skirt cannot well follow bones rotations (rigged poses...)

dForce simulation handles it differently, it gives energy to the clothing and calculate how vertices of cloths move / follow the pose, so the clothing won't stick to the body.

In general, such a clothing can only be used with dforce simulation ~~

Okay, I thought this was some kind of special design to prevent clothing from clipping through when posing. My next step is to learn how to simulate this without it exploding. Thanks for the explanation.

Okay ~ BTW, this set of clothing has pretty dense mesh,  if the figure's limbs esp. finger tips penetrates into the clothing in simulation, it may explode, so better avoid limbs penetration 1stly. Then add some Stabilization Time in Simulation Settings pane, lower Iteration per Subframe... these settings may also help.

ahhhggg I hate clothes not rigged properly

I can and do fix it but we shouldn't have to

for a quick fix (not enough for actual posing without simulating)

using the geometry editor lassoo the hanging part of the sleeves one at a time

go to the weightbrush, and select the forearm on the garment and rightclick edit fill weights 100%

    do the same other arm

if really keen one can go to the trouble of adding childbones and weightmapping them like PAs honestly should

I would not read the product page as saying it was dForce only, so it would seem to me reasonable to report this (via a support ticket) as a possible bug.

But I noticed that all of Lala-rabbit's outfits are like this...
