  That depends on what you mean by "shader". Different shaders are actually pretty uncommon with Iray products, with the vast majority simply being presets for the Uber shader. Converting a texture-based shader in one render engine to another is pretty easy as long as you find the right slots for all the textures. However, different render engines have different tools for creating shaders, and if you need a tool from one render engine, but it's not available in the other render engine, you're basically out of luck. For example, I don't know if Iray has any noise generators available, or a brick/tile generator, and so on, so if you needed something like that in Iray, you'd probably only be able to accomplish the same thing by creating a texture.

  iray does have functions to do much of what 3Delight did but no way of knowing how those shaders were set up in shadermixer and quite frankly looking at the spaghetti mess of bricks and nodes most have, that's unsurprising.

  Maybe one day DAZ will train am AI model on it and create a precise conversion method but we would just as likely asphyxiate holding our breath 

  some good examples are Stonemasons  and Andrey Pestryakovs older sets, their layered shaders using height functions 

  you can look how they do their newer iray shaders and possibly save one as a shader to insert the maps from the older ones into but there is no way to automatically convert them
