Daz Studio 4.24 Face Chains not useable

I would like to use
Simplicity Face Chains for Genesis 9, 8, and 8.1 Females - SKU:94046
However I can't see the folder contents in Content Library or Smart Content.
I unzipped the DIM package to copy/paste the contents into the folders, but the items are already installed.
I have rebooted my computer.
How do I use these items that exist, but aren't accessable ?

If you right-click on the product container in the Content Library under Products>S, is there an Uninstal option?

These products were immigrated from Renderosity into this store in a certain period of time two years ago... they don't have any metadata in the packages. What's why you are not able find the product items in Smart Content as well as Content  Library > Product.

But you can find them from their product folders in Content Library by referring to the folder structure in DIM packages.

If you have Content Wizard, you can install the product with it, Content Wizard can automatically generate metadata... or you can Create Product with metadata yourself in Content Lib.

    I don't have Uninstall.
More Information takes me to a Page Not Found in the Documentation Cener.
Update Metadata seems to do nothing
    Refresh seems to do nothing.

There's no metadata ever given to these prodcuts at all from Daz3D... the actions you did would be in vain.

I tried Content Wizard for all 3 of these products.
Content Wizard gave an error that either I had File Explorer open or the zip was corrupted.

I did NOT have file explorer open.  I renamed the zips that I have and refreshed DIM to have it download fresh zips, but no luck there.  DIM didn't know I was missing anything. (I wonder if I am missing anything else?)
I downloaded new zips from my product library and tried Content Wizard again.
They all failed again for the same reason.

I did find that I can use file explorer to go into the unzipped Simplicity Face Chains file and drag and drop duf files on my G9.
Once I found where these dufs are in the unzipped file, I looked in the same path for my installed DAZ content and could drag and drop them on to my G9.

So the files are installed and useable, but Content Library and Smart Content can't see them.
It would be much easier to use them from DAZ than File Explorer, what else can I try?

I bought all these products from Rendo and had no issue while installing them with Content Wizard.
The prerequisite to use Content Wizard : you need to move the folders: data, People and Runtime from the Content folder in IM package to the root directory of ZIP file.
Or, you can extract the folders : data, People and Runtime and then re-zip them as a ZIP file for Content Wizard to install.

Content Wizard fails at the unzip stage with the rezipped file with just data, people and runtime
It also fails at the unzip stage if I also include those folders on the same level as the content folder.

The files for the items are installed in my DAZ folder structure, DAZ just doesn't see them.

I don't have IM package from this store but you can always re-zip the file with WinZip or WinRar.

I ever had the same unzip issue with some packages I bought from Rendo. Un-zipping then re-zipping always fix the issue.

Why not just copy and paste the folders manually into your Daz directory?

I did copy and paste them into My Daz 3D Library.  They are there and I can drag and drop the duf files into my scene.
I thought it would just be easier to fix that they don't show up in Content Library or Smart Content.
Using Windows Explorer is not the optimum way to find DAZ content.
I have quite a few products that don't show up in my Content Library or Smart Content.  Lots of people use this product, so I thought it likely that there was a fix for this one, so I could find out how to fix all of them.

Windows Explorer? Just navigate through Daz Content Library. If you can't find them through the content library, you're either looking in the wrong folders or they're not there. Content Library is a direct link to the folder on your hard drive.

The images you attached to your first message are inconsistent. The first image shows a different product (ear chains) than the SKU you said you purchased from the Daz store (Face Chains SKU:94046). There is no context visible in that second image. Is that in the Smart Content pane or what? Further down in another message, you attached another screenshot, which is also NOT the product you said you purchased. So I am not sure what you are really looking at.
But anyway, in the second image, there is no thumbnail for the product, because Daz didn't provide one. Did you try just double clicking on the exclamation icon to open it and see the items in it? If this is in Smart Content, when you double click on the exclamation icon, you would see that all the items are in the Lost and Found category, because Daz didn't make the effort to  provide ANY metadata for the product they sold you. Be aware that when you buy any of those "other store" imported products from Daz, you won't get a readme or metadata, as crosswind previously explained.

Did you install with DIM, or just drag to files to your content library? Either way, if you did it correctly, you would see the files in the content library. They will be under the People folder and then under the character generation the files are for (e.g. Genesis 9). Then under Accessories. Then under FK-Simplicity FaceChains. In the attached screenshot from my product library, I captured just from Genesis 9 on down. (This screenshot is of the mapped folders, not categories or products in the Content Library.)
