Problem Loading Moray Eel and Sea Turtle

I have purchased the Moray Eel and Sea Turtle.

I have uploaded them like I do all of my Daz assets but when I try to open the 'Actors' I just get a rectilinear profile of the animal with the following erros that pop up. I am on the most current version of Daz and have not had this issue on any of the previous dozens of assets and characters I have loaded. Can anone tell me why just these files are shoing up as 'missing'? I have checked and it looks like they are there.

Thanks for to anyone who knows what is going on. I am new to Daz.

    What is the full error text from the log (Help > Troubleshooting > View Log)?

    How are you installing?

    How did you install (I assuem that is what you emant by "iupload")? They look as if they should be right, you have the content type tag at top-right ("Actor") which wouldn't usually work if there was an issue.

    Thank you for all of your feedback. 

    I uploaded these file like I have done for all of my Daz modesl. I open up Daz3D Install Manager, clicked on the file and then clicked on Download. 

    I have gone through the file list. I see that when I click on Go To File Location, not all of the files that are listed in this list are incldued;   https://docs.daz3d.com/public/read_me/index/771/file_list

    I have tried manually copying and pasting these files but I still get the same error messages. If there is a way to uninstall and reinstall the model files?

    That may indicate a product issue, please open a technical Support ticket. In the meantime try installing the Poser package too, if you load the figure from that you can then apply the Daz Studio materials presets which should get you to the same point.

    Thank you, Richard. It says these models are compatable with Daz 4.24 so I will try to do a Support Ticket.
