Bluejaunte appreciation

I have Amala and Sahel, Rachel and Akki, and a dozen others, but using them presents a problem.

When I add any of them to a scene, the lifelike quality of the other visible figures is diminished in comparison. I'll just have to create stories featuring only @bluejaunte characters. They have an admirer in me.

That's an old image, but I know exactly which one you are referring to. I pretty much gave up on the gallery after the last rewrite removed so much functionality. Now I've heard that it is broken again.

Junk! I am dying for the gallery to get back to being functional so we can see more of your fabulous work (and so I can get my bluejaunt art up myself, because SUCH GREAT MODELS!).

I too! Let's see it's been broken since Apr 15, 2026... 18 days at the moment. Last time was about 3 months if I remember correctly so we still have much more time to go.

Not to hijack the focus on BlueJaunte but what are your hopes for the new gallery?

I'd like to see:
1) MUCH FASTER LOADING. Currently, the more you "Fav" images, the slower the gallery gets. After more than 50k likes given, it can take up to a full minute to load for me unless I log out or open the gallery in "incognito" mode. That's on a 1GB fiber internet connection, Intel 13700k overclocked to the max, 128GB RAM, RTX 4090. So it's not the hardware, it's bad coding.
2) Follow people! That would be neat.
3) Limit how many images can be posted per day (ie. only upload 2 images a day)
4) Require that you "Fav" at least one other person per upload. Pick someone that is just starting out and give them a "Fav", comment too if you have the time.
5) I LOVE Renderhub's karma rating, the more you do, the higher the score. Not that it changes anything, but it tells you a lot about a person.
6) I also LOVE Renderhub's rocket thingy. You can "Fav" someone, and you have a limited amount of rockets you can give per month to boost an image.

I'll stop there, can't think of anything else at the moment. ;p
