I'm hoping @Troglo3D can release a genesis 9 version of https://www.daz3d.com/hard-as-nails-hd-and-outfit-for-genesis-81-females. I've found its HD details slider to be very useful. It's one of very few morphs available to give characters intercostal definition.

Have you tried autofitting it. It look like it should autofit fine.
The outfit should autofit fine, but that pack also includes a set of HD morphs for G8, and that's what OP wants converted.

The PA literally hasn't made a single product since Hard as Nails, so I wouldn't hold my breath for a G9 update.
