On the final day of march madness there was a "loyalty" coupon Mad-Loyal that Daz only shared via DIM, so a bunch of people missed it, imo it should have been an orange banner. Maybe folks getting Our-Appreciation are the ones who missed out on Mad-Loyal. (But if somebody viewed & used both coupons, I'm out of guesses.)
Could have sworn folks said it arrived different days for some people.

I have the Lime and a new release in my cart but no matter what else I add to the cart there is no 5% or 15% off the cart.
I'd suggest reporting this in the "Reporting Only" thread. I'm also seeing the exact same thing. I reported it a few hours ago but still not seen any fix to it. I don't get the discount (5% or 15%) no matter what I put in my cart.
CINCO-BABY doesen't work on Outlet items.
The text just says it excludes Daz Plus.
What are you trying to buy? Could it be an item from Outlet or Quick Grab? (those are excluded from all offers by default)
Sales/marketing team really need to make a list of qualifying items when they do promos like this. Linking the entire Daz Original catalog just causes customer frustration.
The store needs better filters. Not everyone uses an addon.

Lime appears to be working now (at least as far as applying the 5% with no new release) for anyone who was waiting on it.
I own the lime already. Got it in 2020. By my calculations I am not getting the extra 5%. Sucks.
If you already have the lime-o you should have an orange banner with a coupon code giving you a better discount.

Well dang, so I do. I noticed the banner and my eye went straight to the 20%. Entirely missed the "Because you own Cinco de Lime-O" bit. Already spent, but thanks for pointing it out. I can reel a bit of a Daz harrumph back in. Fair play to them.
I would rather a 5% discount without needing a coupon, to a 20% discount which does need one, so I would have been better off to not be an owner. This is due to me using the $5 off DOs coupon on the one cart I will buy today, so naturally another coupon is usless.

Even though in the "fine print" for the Cinco de Daz-O promo mentions that Daz+ items are excluded (which would result in a Coupon Code Not Valid warning) they are listed alon g with the other Daz-O items..
There are also 40 products showing an "inactive" status and Outlet Store items included as well.
Setting the "Sort By" filter to Price Low-High I had to cycle through 37 pages (120 Items per page) to finally find anything priced above 5.00 USD (that were not Daz+)..
Who or what the heck is setting these sales up lately? In my 18+ years here I have never seen anything this haphazard and sloppy..
for sure. the excluded items should not be in the selections at all. Its a pain trying to wade through all the stuff not included, to the point I should leave quite often.
That $5 ccoupon will more than likely go unused. it looks like the 20% off one will slide by as well, as there is nothing i want for 20% off, meaning nothing i want or need is discounted high enough for the 20% coupon to matter. then we have the buy-ins, pretty much all the time. With the prices getting higher, buying something from a pile of stuff not needed or wanted is too high a price to get a few percent off. anyway, i was thinking of renewing today but the DAZ+ thingslately are nothing I want either. I bought a few last month just becasue I wanted to at least usemy discounts.

As nothing from my wishlist shows up in today's meagre Featured Artist's sale and the selection there is rather "meh", likewise the 20% off cart coupon will go unused as it doesn't work on D+ items.(which are about the only items with a discount on the list, that has been happening a lot lately).
Previous Cinco de Mayo sales were far better than this. For example, there is no "base" discount for Fiesta Picks sale (like the "usual" 50%), you either need a new release or pay full price.
It just doesn't feel the same here like it used to.anymore.
Sadly, I'm letting the 20% coupon go too - the only things on my wishlist are new items and those are excluded.
How many monster themed sales have there already been this year? I swear I've seen this list of critters for sale several times before.
