...the banner deal was some sort of "thank you" gesture that read "Thank You For Your Support" and was good for 20 USD off of Daz Originals. It still shows up today even thought I already used the code (only good once per customer).

Hmmm. Considering I've spent over $5000 in the last six months, I'm a bit miffed that I didn't get that.
They seem to be coming in waves. I got mine 2 days ago, while theirs got theirs longer than that and some are getting them today. I'm sure others are going to be getting them at various times. You never know if your going to get one or not.

No one has ever given me a good reason why the list isn't just "All Daz Originals Character Bundles". Heck, why aren't G3 Character Starter Bundles included? It makes no sense to make a game of the eligibility.
On the plus side, I got the Cate 9 bundle for nothing.
Frankly, seeing this here for the first time I'm more than "a bit miffed". WTF! I make purchases 4 or more times per week.
I've had the misfortune to work with marketing types most of my career.
It's almost never about rewarding loyal customers. They know you will be back.
It's about what they can do to get somebody who is hesitating to spend, to part with their money.
If some 5%-off coupon is what they think it will take, then that's what you'll get. Somebody else might get 20%.
Giving a discount to a different subset of customers each time is a cheaper way to keep people coming back to check the store. Just like when you give a wild animal food several times, it will keep coming back, and even if you only have food half the time, it will be back every day just in case. You can save a lot of money while maintaining the same amount of attention.
Rotating items in and out of availability (even though it's digital and can be copied infinitely) is the same as retail moving the chocolates to another aisle so you feel some kind of panic when you see they are not where they should be. Now you have an impulse to buy up whatever you can, just in case you can't get it again in the future.
If you spend a lot, they might figure you don't need any more encouragement. If you spend very little, they might not think it worthwhile. Maybe it's totally random, who knows? Maybe some AI algo is crunching the numbers to see who is likely to move at a certain discount. As Monke said, it's all Marketing tric-, uh, tactics. Yeah, that's it. Tactics.
Yeah. I've even gotten a few of the "Thank you for being a loyal customer/participating in Event" messages when I barely bought anything in a while or 90-100% of what I bought in the Event was freebies.

I spent too much money, but probably not much compared to some of you. I got an orange banner and used it to finally get Minerva 9. Very happy with that.
i say that i didn't get the banner, but then, I have no DO items in my WL, and actually have a very hard time finding anything for my coupons that are DO, so all in all, I really dont need a DO coupon.
Oh heck, I couldn't resist. I got the Spooky Hollow bundle for around $11.
I bought an "Alluring" item as a buy-in.
The "list price" for the Spooky Hollow Bundle was $159.95.
And if you do this a lot, loyal customers will get angry when they find out. Excluding them because they'll come back is forgetting they might walk away completely if angered. And losing a fish has to be worse than picking up a 100 one-timers.
But that seems to be the current pattern at DAZ where Premier members were recently excluded from purchasing a Premeir membership at the 25% discount. And as a result I will be leaving when my membership expires in June.
I've submitted help tickets about felling ignored. They say they will send the info up the chain. Better than nothing by the slimmest of betters.
And you leaving in June is exactly my point.

.."underwhelming" is an overstatement for the Monday Featured Artists selection. Only two pages, mostly G9 characters and little if anything relating to Sci-Fi .
Unchecked the Hide Items I Own box and nothing was added.

I'm celebrating Quick Grab today! That's what's going to drain my wallet.
The more I see these "regular" sales, the more convinced I am that I'm not in the target market for DAZ. I say that because the buy-ins are too high for me to participate more than once or twice a month. The least expensive item is a highly stylized morph that was selling a few weeks ago for $2.99 (I'm still a Premier member). I would love to buy some of the new items and not wait a few years for them to be marked down, and I would if DAZ made it more enticing for me. Just my personal take this Monday morning with my first cup of coffee...
Is there a way to report items that probably should be on sale but aren't? For example, this cybernetic arms asset https://www.daz3d.com/cyber-augments-hd-for-genesis-9 is discounted, while one for cybernetic arms (by the same creator) https://www.daz3d.com/cyber-augments-legs-hd-for-genesis-9 doesn't seem to be part of the sale at all.

But the missing item is newer than the other and Daz might have made a cutoff date prior to that. For some time items on sale must be before 2025.
Interesting; how do you tell when the product was released? I don't see a date anywhere.

QG has 3 Stonemason items I would buy at 9.99. It would be worth it to grab Premier first and buy them at $4.99 each The 3 items $30. 3 items plus Premier - $33.95. So and extra 4 bucks in cash but a free character bundle and 2 $10 coupons, plus the tokens added. Plus I can buy the DAZ+ stuff for a way lots less than listed full price. Actually if I'm buying it wuld be numb not to join a membership. Or, I could just do DAZ+ for $10 less and be in the good right out the gate.
Now to figure out Premier or DAZ+, again. I've been doing month to month, skipping a few , with Premier. overall bang for buck if you're going to buy more than a couple of times throughout the month. The tokens alone can save a lot, as long as the exclusions don;t keep increasing.
