The bottom one looks like the shoes and pants from https://www.daz3d.com/alt-style-outfit-for-genesis-8-male-s with this jacket https://www.daz3d.com/m-65-american-icon-for-genesis-3-male-s. Not sure about the shirt he has on though.

Really hard to tell, given the size of the promos. Her product came out in October of 2008, so maybe the original troll figure?

Close enough i think, I tried the make a bigger image but still a little bit poor in resolution
Maybe Nybras with the horns and wings hidden, but I'm afraid that's all I could come up with. The ReadMe for the product mentions the renders used were done by a specific artist. But, checking their gallery, they haven't been active since 2008-2009.
