Making holes in a mesh,
Can anyone assist me with how to make holes in a mesh similar to bullet holes and save as morphs in DAZ Studio? I own Mesh Grabber but I haven't had any luck with it! I am not very experinced in using it. Are there any settings that I can start with? Are there any other tools in DAZ Studio that might do the same thing? Cheers

A literal hole cannot be created with a morph. If you want to make a deep, small, dent in the model then you could use a displacement map (or a PA making content for the store could use an HD morph) but standard definition morphs, which are limited to moving the vertices of the base mesh before SubD, would not allow for such fine morph detail; in any event, stretching the mesh to produce a really deep hole would also stretch out the textures, at least without custom UVs.
I think the best way to do ths would be with a GeoGraft - the edges must match up to an area on the base model, but within that you can add as much detail as you need, and you could even use two grafting patches with a tunnel linking them to make a hole going all the way through. In principle once you had a bullet hole model you could then make it into a GeoGraft anywhere on the figure by moving/scaling it into position and then linking the edges of the hole to a geoGraft patch for the place you wanted it positioned.
