Can't help specifically but she looks Asian, possible Chinese. Should narrow down the search.
The character i don't know. It may be customized as lots of vendors do.

Possibly this one, the birthmark under the right eye is the same: https://www.daz3d.com/xiu-lin-9-hd, but with the settings tweaked to be paler.

However, I’m concerned because the two promotional images look quite different from each other.
That could simply be a matter of skin settings, lighting, and possibly additional body/face morphs. But I do think the skin is the same one.
