MB Soline not downloading

I purchased the MB Soline Bundle today.

The clothing and hair downloaded OK, but the character has no DIM link. The Manual download takes me to the purchase page, which says I don't own that element of the bundle.

I know it exists because someone spoke in the Commons thread about trying to age-up the character.

How do I get the product I've paid for?

    I would suggest reporting it here https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/758431/new-year-new-sales-thread-report-issues-here-4-reporting-only#latest

    Earlier today the character was not listed as part of the bundle, and that might have caused the issue.

    Else you will need to make a help request to Daz.

    The issue has been fixed. Download them with DIM.

    Unchanged at the moment. Still not appearing in DIM or showing as purchased within the bundle. I'll try again tomorrow

    I think you need to open a Sales support ticket.

    Once I got through all the options and found the support request form, it was fixed.

    On a Sunday. I was quite impressed since it said they only work weekdays and requests take a few days to be processed

    Sales are generally quicker, since theer are not usually the complexities and ramifications that a Tech Support ticket may involve
