    Yes, I've installed it using Daz Install Manager, I can see it on "about installed plugin". But when I tried to activate it, it turns yellow, and when I restart the app, it didn't work.

    Are other Premier features working? You activate by logging in to your account through DS, it sounds from your phrasing as if you may have a serial number for the non-Premier version and that hasn't been updated.

  • The other features works perfectly, only Dforce manager can't be activated. I logged in to my account trhroug DS like usual. Serial number for Dforce Manager?

  • I've tried to unsinstall and reinstall Daz2026, but still, dforce manager seems to be "disabled".

    Wait, after reinstall I can't use all the premier features on Daz2026 >_<

    I found these on log

    2026-04-12 20:13:37.918 [WARNING] :: dsp_dzautosave.dll is disabled by evaluation condition

    2026-04-12 20:13:38.018 [WARNING] :: dsp_dzdforcemanager.dll is disabled by evaluation condition

    2026-04-12 20:13:38.373 [WARNING] :: dsp_dzgeometrysculptor.dll is disabled by evaluation condition

    Basically all the premier features are disabled?

    OK, and you are logging into your account with the Premier membership through DS? You may need to open a support ticket on this.

    If I remembered correctly, when I opened Daz 2026 one, I was asked once to restart, and The "premier" show up on the loading scene, I didn't remember loggin in anymore,

    Okay, I've opened a support ticket.

    Yes, it remembers for a period - though various system utilities may mess that up. I was just double-checking that you had done it since reinstalling most recently.

    Okay, I've opened a support ticket.

  • I've logged out and logged in. Nothings works.

    I've unsinstalled Daz2026 and all premier files, redownload them, nothing works.

    I tried to install it on another PC, the one without Daz3d. And it works. So I think I need to reinstall from scratch?

    Iit does sound as if perhaps there is something corrupt acting as a block, though I couldnt guess what. Support may be able to help check and clear possible issues, I don't know.'

  • I hope support can contact me soon,  thanks for your help Richard.

  • By the way, I've fixed the problems, thanks to the Victoria Ai chat lol. And the way to fix it by re-install postgreSQL CMS, launch on the 4.24 version, wait 5-10 minutes when Premier plugins arent fully activated yet (With a "!" symbol on the app). Then closed. Re open Daz, check if all the features works normally. Then back to Install Manager, re-install postgreSQL CMS Public Build Beta one. And do the same 5-10 minutes wait when the app launched with the (!) symbol. Closed without open anything. Then re open. And finally everything works.

    I am frustrated beyond belief.

    About every second or third time I try to launch DAZ Studio, it fails to recognize that I have a Premier membership. Sometimes if I load a scene and save it, close DAZ and relaunch, it'll come back. Sometimes.

    But today, I can't get it to load Premier features no matter what I do. I checked my account on line -- it says I'm in Premier. I tried turning off auto-login and logging in manually, but it still doesn't recognize it. This sucks up time every time it happens, and today, it's taken the better part of an hour and I'm no closer to getting my Premier features back. And it doesn't give me any sort of error message. It just quietly refuses to load Premier features which I don't discover until I actually need them.

    I've searched the forums a few times over the past year when it happens, but nobody else seems to be having this issue? Or, if they do, they get helpful suggestions like "reinstall the app."

    I've reset the database, and reloaded metadata. I've uninstalled and reinstalled PostgreSQL. The log file says that it's failing web authorization. Other than that (and one metadata item not able to update, for some reason) I don't see anything in the log suggesting any other issues.

    This isn't a hobby -- it's my livelihood, which is why I haven't tried to just file a bug, because I know how long it'll take somebody to get back to me, and I need to get work done. HELP!!

    Premier membership is not related to content (except for validating the Premier-exclusive shapes) but rather is tied to the account, with an authorisation stored on the system so that you do not need to be logged in al the time. My suspicion would be that something is interferring with or has damaged that stored authorisation. At this point I think your only option may be a support ticket.

    I have no access to any Premier plugins. I am logged in on Daz Studio and I do have them installed VIA DIM. I don't have access to any premier-only shapes, for the record, but it's the plugins I need.

    I filed one that same day (Friday). I have lost all Premier features now, including the render queue and geometry editor, things I use every day as part of my workflow. I would think that completely uninstalling and reinstalling the app would have fixed such a mismatch, but I guess not. I'm still waiting to hear from support. Thanks, though.

  • Which Daz version do you use? 4.24 or the 2026 version? Is the problem exist on both of the version? On my case before, the problem only happened on 2026 version.

    By the way after you re-installed PostgreSQL, try to wait for about 5-10 minutes, don't open anything on Daz. After that, close the application. Then re open.

    Hope that can help.

    They are not though I am sure they are installed, because dzshapetransfer.dll etc are in my Plugins folder. I'm using 4.24 Premier, installed using DIM.

    I've tried:

    * Restarting Daz
    * Restarting my PC
    * Clearing temp files
    * Reinstalling Studio
    * Uninstalling and reinstalling the plugins.
    * Tried reinstalling PostgreSQL as well

    I'm logged into my account, on Windows 10 Pro.

    ETA: Shape Transfer is the one that made me notice, btw-- I don't have Edit->Figure->Shape->Shape Transfer.
