The Alchemist's Cottage Props Requirements.

Ref: https://www.daz3d.com/cottage-props

The store page says it needs

My thinking is that is incorrect, as these are all separate props?

So it's really standalone or have I missed something?

Thanks :)

  • It does include a lot of props, but the preloads require the other products.

If you try to use them, you'll just wind up with assets floating in the air.

  • Ahh, that's a shame then. Thanks for saving me :)

There's a "zeroed" version of the props included. It's just the preloads that are made for the required environments.

  • Oh okay, so I could just use them individually - like any other prop?

if they are like the rest of his sets, they are very highpoly

  • Hmm, yes I had that in the back of my mind too.

BTW, they are of course, EXCEEDINGLY high poly cheeky

impossible to render the full set (house, furniture and Props) with a 2080Ti in DAZ Studio

also because of the way he parents his props with limits, Code 66 instancify explodes it regardless of which options you choose

I still bought them though when on sale and rendered this video in Twinmotion

(I finally solved the exploding obj export issues he has it all keyframed not at zero)

didn't need to use Nanite but was prepared to
