Component missing for "Omni Shaders for Strand Based Hair"

Hi,

trying to use certain strand based hair products, I get the message for a missing file:
"/data/Daz 3D/Built-in Content/OmniSurface/OmniHair Root-Tip Blend.dsf"

Which product or component do I need to get this OmniSurface into my content library?
The search on the shop only leads to products using/needing it.

    I got this error on Genesis 9. The "starter essentials" files were updated right now. DazStudio is 4.24.03.

    What resource shoud I update?

    ...I received a similar message after purchasing and trying to use Untamed Long Hair for Genesis 9, 8.1 and 8.

    So as I understand one needs to be on Daz ver.4.23.x or higher to use Omni shaders   I am still on 4.21.0,5 as it is the last version with an Nvidia driver that supports Win 7,

    When I attempted to apply a couple of Sloshwerks' Iray Uber hair shaders, they wouldn't work so I ended up returning the product.  There was also nothing on the product page or readme that indicated it used Iray Omni shaders.
