Hello, do you have this product?
https://www.daz3d.com/night-and-day-city-for-daz-studio
I am looking for a suitable HDRI one for Day and one for Night to use with this kind of environment.
Please, I would be very happy to have some suggestions, thanks!
Edit: I saw one of the promo pics using an ocean, this "iREAL Animated Ocean Water System" requires AniMate2, suiatable for ananimation but not still image

Have you considered using sun-sky for day?
Can add some clouds if needed.
Changed the block to night, lowered intensity on the sun (now it is a moon), gave the render a slight bluish tone, added a star-image as backdrop.
felis Thanks, for answering my question.
I have tried some sky light presets, but these leave too much to be desired.
Also, I have tried some winter sky, but these is not really good.
What type of sun sky can you recommend me?
That clear sky you have in the render looks good!
Night time, starry night or just plain dark sky?
Please let me know.
felis I noticed you used some characters, are these low poly or are these just "normal" characters, cause the low polygons characters looks like Lego figures
For sun-sky I just remove the default HDRI in Environment settings, with Dome and Scene for Environment Mode. That activates sun-sky, but you can still add scene light.
And then there is a script called Sun-Dial. It is part of default ressources. Here you can set Elevation and Azimuth in Parameters, so an easy way to position your sun where you want it.
The 2 characters in the foreground are real characters. There was sitting a lowpoly on the bench, but he got deleted. You can see that there still are 2 lowpolys in the background.
There are render settings that come with the product.

Thanks for coming here Fishtales
I have tried some of the suggestions posted before, I believe there is something I have missed.
When removing the default HDRI in Environment settings with Dome and Scene, there is no Sun-Sky.
These presets are within the product section in Content Library.
I have placed some HDRIs from Poly Haven but these do not work and cannot obtain the desired result.
Even, I wanted to "resize" the HDRI to fit the scene, with no avail.
I had followed some details from another source, which seems very confusing as well.
Create a New Primitive, I don't know what option to choose and position on an empty scene to place the HDRI, after that add the Environment.
I don't like the result.
I did used some Light Presets to have a better sky with clouds, again the look is too bright, I can't control the lighting.
Is there another way to achieve this?
@AgentUnawares shared 26 HDRI with only the sky on their Deviantart account, with various times of day (including two night HDRI) and various kinds of clouds cover.
If you need presets to apply them easily, I shared the ones I created for myself, alongside metadata, with the links to download the HDRI:
https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/738806/render-presets-for-agent-unawares-skydomes
Scene with a just a sphere, with the default HDRI:
Then I remove that default HDRI by clicking on the picture then on None:
And it's now using the Sun-sky system, giving access to the various parameters related to the sun. Spotlights and cie will still work, while they won't if you decided to the Sun-sky mode instead of Dome and Scene:
The presets with the product should set up the environment automatically, you shouldn't need to touch it. If it sems too bright or dark to you then use the Tone Mapping to fix it.
Elor Thanks for the info with the AgentUnawares, I will visit the page and get the HDRIs later
