Mirroring and left to right swaps

I only use daz3d infrequently and with the new version I am totally unable to just swap left to right arms despite help from Gemini. I cant find the scene tools and the symmetry tab is incredibly difficult to understand and there is a bake to transforms?? I just want to swap arm positions left to right. Thanks for help and perhaps a link to an explanation of that complicated symmetry pane

Edit > Figure > Symmetry

If you want to mirror whole body:

In dialogue set it to Root, Recursive, Swap Left and Right, Mirror accross axis

If you only want arms, select right and left shoulder.

In dialogue set to Selected, Recursive, Swap Left and Right, Leave alone.

This is based on memory as DS is busy, so I might have forgot something.
