Daz3D content - Blender DIM access coming??
The manual download for the Blender files of Daz3D content I have is very tedious.
Getting to each order page and download individually.
The same can be said for c4d, max and fbx.
Are the busy DAZ3D coders working on implementing a DIM function for acces to the blender files and other file formats?
.....rather than redownloading or manually downloading blend files I'd like Blender to be added to DIM application path, and a DIM Blender download path, and a Blender Content Library Path and Blender specific Install ZIPs for our existing products that have .Blend files available. That'd be totally awesome.

Have you used the Applications tab in DIM's Advanced Settings to tell DIM that you have Blender, and where it is?
Thank you for the idea
some of my content (100+++) comes with *.blend *.c4d *.max as manual downloads on their respective order pages
Setting DIM to filter for Blender does not solve the issues of not being able to download the 100+++ of the blend files for my content through Daz3D DIM.
I don't think that was what I suggested, though - if you go into Preferences one of the tabs is Applications, if you click the + to add a new one, select Blender and the right version in the dialogue, and add the path then DIM should be able to isntall (properly set up) Blender content.
Implemented your idea – Thank you.
)-01-( set up Blender application folder in Advanced Setting -> Applications tab
)-02-( set up installation folder for content pointing to the Blender folder in Advanced Setting -> Installations tab
Test package downloaded and installed: i13 Dorm Interior
downloaded and installed contents of this package are in DAZ Studio Native formats
Checked the files added to the installation folder - DAZ Studio Native formats and no *.blend
Product comes also with blend, c4d files however no blend file downloaded or installed as this is manual only
Any chance blend and c4d file download is implemented in DIM?
I see, well that looks to be a matter of setting the product up so that DIM can install it rather than DIM needing to handle Blender etc. directly
