Trying to get Measure Metrics to work. Done Thanks

Last August I got Measure Metrics during the existence of DS4.24. 

I was told that as it was version specific, and as I was using DS4.21, that was an exercise in futility. So, I put it to one side until I loaded DS4.24. I installed 4.24 today for the sole reason of using Measure Metrics.

I used the .exe Measure Metrics installation file because my machine is in a wi-fi dead spot for our house. After having to type the readme URL into a tablet while sitting on another side of the house away from the WiFi dead spot, I find there is supposed to be a new available pane called "Windows| Panes (Tabs)| Measure Metrics".

There isn't any tab to find.

How do I get at the Measurements?

There is a .DLL in the DS4.24/plugins directory called dzmeasuremetrics.dll, the various generations have poses/wearables etc. But where is the elusive information to be found?

The exe I ran was DS4_MeasureMetrics_1.14.0.4_Win64.exe

Do I need to run the 16684_FigureMetricsforDAZStudio46Win_1.4_ds.exe file too? It looks like, referring to DS4.6 that would run foul of the version specificity I've been warned of.
