Rendered image sizing

Hi, can anyone tell me how to increase the size of the image rendering...?

    You would do that from Render Settings.   Go to Window > Panes (Tabs) > Render Settings to see the pane if it is not visible already, then look under General > Dimensions.   It is the same for both Iray and 3DL.

    The settings will not let me make changes, any thing els I have to do..?

    Make sure the pulldown is set to "Custom" and not to a preset size.
