Garment Details Decals (Button holes, Stitches etc.)

This just came to my mind in a discussion about https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-bs-long-dress-for-genesis-9 which is a lovely, unbuttoning dress but unfortunately doesn't show any button holes when open. There are many garments that lack them where they should be, or that are missing other details like stitches or pockets or belt loops. I'm thinking that while some of these will often be modelled, they can also be done via textures / normals etc., and I would just LOVE to have a decal set with stuff like this for clothes. Maybe one of you talented texture artists out there happens to come across this ...
