SOLVED - Problems with "Measure Metrics". I'm at a loss....

Has anyone managed to get "Measure Metrics" working properly? My installation doesn't seem to be working at all, and I can't uninstall it, update it, or anything like that.
When I try to run "Figure Metrics," I get a resource error: "This script requires that the Measure Metrics plugin be installed and registered to continue."
I really don't understand how a product like this passes quality control...

What does it look like under Help > About installed plugins?
How did you install it?
Also, which version of DS are you using? Measure metrics is one of Daz plugins so IIRC you need a version of the plugin which corresponds to your version of DS.
There it says:
This plugin must be registered to be enabled.

I don't understand why, cause I bought this product...
Unfortunately, I can't say when or with what I installed it.
The best thing would probably be to completely uninstall it and then reinstall it, but I can't seem to uninstall it cleanly. What's strange is that it's classified as a trial version.
The version is mentioned in the previous post (I can't see it right now while writing).
Have you entered the serial number?
You can find the serial number in your Daz account. Click the button labeled Serial Numbers. Copy the serial number for the product and paste in to the plugin's registration area in About Installed Plugins.
If you log in through DS you can also select the serial number from a drop-down button to the right of the entry field.
Wow, so simple once you know how...
Thanks for the help, everyone. I must have somehow always overlooked the part about the serial number when I looked at the "about installed plugins" section.
