Trying to install Dynamic Clothing Control for DAZ Studio 4.24+ (Win 64-bit) Public Build +BETA+

From DIM, I am trying to install Dynamic Clothing Control for DAZ Studio 4.24+ (Win 64-bit) Public Build +BETA+, which appears to be related to Daz Studio 2025, but it keeps telling me "The application path for "DAZ Studio 4.x Public Build (64-bit)" must be defined before attempting to install the package."
It has been this way for weeks, maybe months, arriving since I installed the DS 2025 alpha, so I've simply let that item sit there in my DIM's Read fo Install tab, and I don't see any obvious complaints from DS 2025 about this package not being present on it, but I've mostly only poked DS 2025 with a stick.
What is going on here, and how do I get this package to install where its supposed to be?

That plugin is not for DS2025, it's for the beta version of DS4. There's no version of Optitex dynamic clothing for DS2025.
Ah, why am I getting that, and not getting the actual 4.5+ beta? I don't remember signing up for the regular beta, anyway. (Goes to the DS Public Beta product page.) Hmmm... maybe I turned on the related for it in DIM when I enabled for DS 2025. (Checks the setting in DIM...) Okay, looked in Download Filters and oddly I had DS 4.5+ checked, but didn't have DS 4 checked. Enabled DS 4 and some more products showed up in there, mostly XYZ Legacy and the like.
What DO I get if I "buy" the DS 4.5+ beta? Beyond seeing what new features might be in it, I mean.
if you need to open a second instance of D|S it comes in very handy
