  It has been reported in https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/744811/new-year-new-sales-thread-report-issues-here-3-reporting-only#latest the official sales issue thread, & it's being looked into. 

  Post problems in the thread linked above instead of making a new thread. The mods watch that thread closely so your problem will be seen & reported quickly, while a new thread could be missed.

  I don't do the forums much anymore, me and most of the mods aren't on friendly terms so I didn't see it by name and didn't look for a larger thread.
