I think there's a chance it's Adena Hair gone through a mirror script. I think the hair is rather better shown in the MSO Lacey character first promo than in its own promo images.

Adena didn't seem curly enough for me. There's a distinct curl shape by the face in the provided promo picture that Adena doesn't have.
Adena does have a number of morphs, but maybe you're right. I will say that I do like the Ethel Hair as shown, & have added it to my wishlist.
