I saw 'SNL' and my first thought was program 'Saturday Night Live' but the artist is Chungdan? I thought initials were supposed to reflect the artist?
Generally, if I ran across this issue, I would report it to the thread, https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/744811/new-year-new-sales-thread-report-issues-here-3-reporting-only#latest as they have the best chance of getting immediate action. Other than that, a support ticket to Sales Support.
