Any substitute hairs I can use for Blender?

I’m trying to learn Blender, but I’ve heard it’s difficult to import DAZ hair. Does anyone know a good solution or another marketplace where I can get hair for characters? I also need the hair to work with the physics system

thanks

@Padone, thanks for the reply. Do these hairs work with the new physics system?

This one just came out, and I'm having a lot of fun with it for stills. Not tried it for animation yet, but using something like hairflow would work if you needed it.

    Thanks for posting this!yes

I have the linked tab pinned in my browser!

This will come in very handy for my eventual transition to blender, though, I still have to get used to using blender's UI/menus/lingo let alone importing gen9 characters with full JCM support, so it's a tricky beast as it's not really intuitive; I can only speak for myself though…

Thanks for the reply I have successfully imported hair using Diffomorphic, but it doesn't look as nice as it does in DAZ? Does anyone know a fix around?

You have to tweak the material yourself, eventually, as SHB materials are approximated. There's no fix.

I see is there any shaders or materials I can buy through a Blender add-ons to make them nicer looking? Or will it not work because it's a DAZ asset?

The "make hair" tool already allows you to choose specialized shaders for hair, namely "hair bsdf" and "hair principled", then you can tweak them.
