I just want to use the win 7* machine for moding work
So will later versions work particularly with premier ... all I want is access to the new tools

*its an asus dual processor server board and despite the fact that 10 is supposed to work with duals it refuses to upgrade.
I did get it upgraded to a win10 server but then it ate it's audio and servers are so security consious it won't even let the trusted installed which is microself itself, repair itself.

pretty certain that 7 won't run the alphas but that's okay because I use geo editor, thickner, and meshgrabber for my modeling which is buildings and things not people.

If you haven't already tested it, i was able to install and run 4.24.03, beta and regular, on a win 7 machine.
The alpha kept crashing the install when it tried to run the C++ redistributable, and i haven't had time to troubleshoot this problem.
The Evergreen thread, with cumulative information on DS 2025, does not list WIndows 7 as a supported OS I'm afraid. https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/727631/daz-studio-2025-6-25-2025-x-evergreen
I figured it wouldn't because it won't' render but that's not an issue
But natrually now the win 7 machine figures it should be retired a doesn't want to stay awke for more then 20 minutes , so have to trouble shoot that issue first
