Looking to match a movie character's hair [SOLVED]

Columbia from The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

I've seen some that come close, but I'm trying to get this version 100% right. Note that while it's a short cut, the strands are still long and slicked-down.

Any help with my ridiculous obsession would be appreciated.
