Well we now have 2 balloons and 2 vases for freebies so far, how far will this go is anyone's guess but based on the corridor madness in the past, Daz knows how to beat a dead horse. I'm surprised no one has ever made a dead-horse-beating-machine as an April Fools freebie. Please someone do this!

Anyway, this could go the whole sale just with balloons and vases and nothing else. Halloween themed balloons, birthday themed balloons, graduation balloons, wedding balloons, divorce balloons (it could happen), get well balloons, Die already! balloons, 99 luftballons, balloon animals, deflated balloons, weather balloons, condom balloons. So many possibilities. I'm excited to see all the permutations in store for us.

Two for two with the Member Festival Bundle being composed of 10 items where I already own 7 of them and I can remember seeing the other 3 in the store and thinking, no, I see no reason to buy those.

I know we've all experienced this, but this is why I don;t buy a lot of stuff here. This is but one example where something is one "sale" @ 67% off. Seems great and all, until you look and see that just recently it was selling for $3.99 in Quick Grab. I use DAZ Deals though, so if you don;t you have no idea.

The daily free item is a nice hook to get people into the store every day. I reckon the Stackers mechanic is there to create a sense of motion in the sale, since everything else seems static. It's such a slow buildup that people who don't visit the store frequently won't be able to catch up unless Daz offers a second chance at missed stackers. What's missing imo is a discounts differentiation on some categories to appeal to the bargain hunters, and a frequent rotation of those items to keep shoppers rummaging. The most exciting part of the store for me right now is Quick-Grab. But I do love the free balloons :)

Regarding tokens, if the shop trend was big spending days toward the end of the last sale, and tokens last for 2 weeks, better shopping days might show up again toward the end of that window.

Terrible sale.

I was expecting that by today DAZ would at least release one DO and be in the 'fetured artist' category so i could get more out of my $10 off coupon as it will lapse today with my premier sub.

I can't belive that by Thursday in the DAZ+/PREMIER/MEMBER sale there was not a single DO release. 'Better than PLUS' is meh compared to previous years bargains, and worst is that it not add DO as featured artist not it triggers the extra discount that would make this sale worthwhile for me.

So here i am. I can spend poorly my $10 off DO coupon and not look at this sale (or site for that matter) for the rest of the month at least. Or not use it and hope for daz marketing to get their act straight before the month ends and resub (Will probably need to rebuild tokens tho)

There has been some pretty good things I've picked up there. Wouldn't you know the day before that I was searching my pose library for something close to those. And I have purses and poses, but none that came close. I have no issue changing a pose somewhat, but there are limits when time is short. And just for $0.79! And then I saw the https://www.daz3d.com/pvc-latex-shaders which I had dithered over before when they were full price. Also $0.79. And it comes with metadata. But I am trying to stretch a gift card, so more things are going on my wishlist.

i looked at those poses several times but was then trying to find the purses and bags they were using...found none of the actual items in the promos. I might still grab that though.

That's such a nice pose set! I don't have anything close to those bags (that I know of) but for that price, I might get it for later. I also like the trash bag pose with the plastic bottle that escaped.

Free items are always a welcome treat! I'm one of those people who wait for a DO every Thursday like it's Christmas.

Last October, we got the release of Premier, Vicky 9 and Mickey 9 (marking the debut of the anime characters), along with Lycan 9. Then in October 2023, we were introduced to Karmen 9, Zack 9, Dain 9, and Death 9. So I'm excited to see what's coming out this month, we still have 3 more weeks ahead. Audrey wasn't a revolution but I saw people enjoying her and that is great.

there is a flash sale going on now on over 14,000 items. Guess what - not a one of those 14,000 is in my WISHLIST. Not a one. How does that compute. Otherwise, 70% off with any new item over a buck isn't too bad. It doesn't say anything about stacking. I'll see what can be pulled together.

Except anyone who already goes to the store daily can see that these discounts are a little less than prior sale discounts. And I end up buying the freebie and may one other thing each day. I know I'm a fish. But I'm not spending like I was last month or the month before. So, in that regard, it's a flawed sale since it curtailed my spending.

(It's mind-boggling, isn't it!? )

I get the nagging feeling that not many human eyes are spared to look over the sales here anymore. No one in their right mind would knowingly include things that are, for members, discounted to 72% off already in a list advertising, for members, a discount of 60 or 70% max.
