I think I have had glasses since I was about three. I am still a -11, and that is after it has eased some, so without them I could see very little. Now on varifocals, of course.

I made it all the way to 9 without glasses, but I've had them ever since. I think I am about -4. Both eyes are different. I can see OK without glasses to walk around the house, but I couldn't use the computer or drive without them.

I wouldn't trust me to drive with them - among other reasons. The glasses shrink things a lot, so even with the acuity of the lenses objects are effectively further away and so harder to see than they would be for a peson with no or less severe myopia  (or at least, that is my excuse).

I hope you have a "Lola" in your household to drive you around.

Yes, as long as I don't push it.

But cats are known for being shortsighted (and not just in the "OK, but now how do I get down?" sense).

I love the new LowPi beach set that came out today. It is my favorite LowPi add-on set so far. Here is my render using some, but not all of the options. There are a LOT of option in this set. I have one swimmer far away in the water beyond the surf.

Richard, thank you! I have been wondering about what is going on with Charlie's eyesight. He will look up and scan around until I come closer and then he focuses on me. Simon is dead on laser focused on me the second I peek in on them.

@barbult, I grabbed that LowPi package by PhilW right away. Thought of you immediately. Great render.

Looks good! I picked that up yesterday too but haven't had the time to play. Interesting to see another PA (PhilW) releasing some LowPi stuff.

I'd love to see a high school one. With a "locker" marker and a "water fountain" marker so they could interact in those very school ways. Low Pi stuff that could handle stairwells and doorways could be cool, too. A script to easily put markers on a bunch of "desk chairs" would also be cool. Filling a restaurant with seat markers can be a pain.

The' HT dforce Wiggle and Squishy' looks interesting, and I'm happy it's for G8F. I'm suprised that the tutorial on the product page is on Youtube and includes full nudity. Usually when I see DAZ tutorials on Youtube they avoid nudity, even if it's just by using a torso texture with 'clothing'.

Looking closely at the blur around it (and between the eyebrows), I'm guessing it was either pasted on from somewhere else or the image was enhanced and parts of it (the smile) where pasted on so that the enhancement wouldn't affect the hair. I would be very disappointed if it turned out to be AI. I don't mind postwork for promo pictures, but adding AI pieces is annoying.

For me, NDFP Woods Druids for Genesis 9 is by far the most interesting of today's doorkeepers. Everything about it is just right, from the physiognomy to the skin, eyes, make-up and body paint. Unfortunately, I don't see any way to use human ears instead of the “druid” ears. Could they be removed? I just don't like “elf” ears and other fantasy ears.

Hi caravelle, thank you for your kind words. Unfortunately, this time around the ears were baked into the shape and do not have a remove option available.

The set is beautiful, but I was also wondering about the ears. Unfortunately it will be a pass for me, unless there's a way with geometry editor or some other miraculous way to make the ears human. Anybody can figure it out?

FenixPhoenix, I so appreciate everything you make. There are always so many thoughtful options included and I have so much fun playing with the sets I've purchased. I love the druids released today too! I'll definitely be buying them. But I also wish there was a human ear option. I adore the face sculpts on the druids and would love to mix them into other characters. That said, I do make characters with elf-type ears, so these will still come in handy. Excellent work, as usual! heart

I hear you all and I understand, I value flexibility a lot too. So let me reach out to Nathy who did the amazing morphs and see if she could make an ear off option. I'll update you all here when I get a response from her :).

Hey everyone, I spoke with Nathy-Designs, and she agreed to create a morph for human ears for our NDFP Woods Druids in Genesis 9. I'll issue an update to the product once I receive it, create the icon, and run a promotion to showcase it. If you'd like to get it early, keep an eye on the forum, as I will create a thread for the product and post a link to it.

Our pleasure! We ended up splitting the ears and the head. Now, you will be able to use ears on other characters or have human ears on our characters. Of course, that means I won't be able to distribute the file, since that would also mean distributing the main morph. However, I am currently working on a quick promo to showcase the human ears and will update the product through PASS later today.

The interpretation of a Death Knight certainly has changed over the years, definitely not the Death Knights I rmember from Quake or even the last version we had from G3M. Maybe they meant to call her Death Night? She looks more like a succubus who would kill you with an STD. You just don't sexualize an evil undead knight. I don't care about sexy librarians, women have been doing that for years on halloween by their own choice, but a sexy Death Knight is sacrilege.

I have come across other Death Knights or the like, in various different forms.

WOW! Thank you so much, FenixPhoenix and Nathy Design! That was a quick and great response. You two and Esid are already among my favourite PAs, and now I know why once again. NDFP Woods Druids is going straight into my cart.

Why should Death Knights fare better than librarians, pray? If anything, librarians seem rather more useful to society and thus should be privileged to not be made into a sexy meme, no? wink
