If a PA is listed under both the Headline Artists and also the Featured Artists, do they get both discounts: 40% off for being a Headline Artist and 30% off for being a Featured Artist with a Golden Ticket item in cart. Per the ad it looks like they should get both discounts.

I added the Arietta Dress for Genesis 9, a Golden Ticket item, to my cart at $3.99.
I then added SPR Sexy Qipao for Genesis 9, a Debut New Release, at $10.44 to my cart, which is then discounted to $7.31 (30% as expected).
However, the price of the Arietta Dress jumped to $5.99.
Am I mis-reading the promotion or there is a glitch with the combination?

Well, it's saturday, so of course there are issues with the store. I'm having no luck with the Pure-gold-30 orange banner coupon. It says that it's for featured artist catalogs, but so far nothing I've put in the cart has seemed to trigger it. Add in that the Headline items discount seems to be overriding the Featured Items discouints and the items that AREN'tT in the featured artist category seem to be discounting higher than the ones that are supposed to have the extra discount... Giving up for now and will come back later to see if it's fixed.
I'm unable to use my tokens to get a discount. I have 8 available so I should get 45% off, but the only item it seems to be working on is the newest Sue Yee clothes.

Experiencing something similar. Seems that adding a Debut new release changes (in cart) de price of yesterdays golden tickets from 3.99 to 5.99

The price of some of your items is getting fixed at 5.99, likely not only ignoring tokens but probably several other discounts too. It happes to me with one of my wishlist items that showed before cart a base discount bigger than it should bu being just 'featured artist', don't know the criteria that makes them different.
There is an issue with some items in the "Recent" tier (for instance, "RFX Paloma G9"): they're showing with a higher discount (73% for me), but none of the other discounts apply, and, even more weirdly, when I put them into my cart, the price is always $5.99. I don't know if there's any other sale today that's related to this, but, even if so, those items, then, shouldn't be in the "Recent" tier page.
Point of comparison: I put this same character, which the store price lists as $5.67, into my cart. The price dropped to $3.97 with just the discount from a previous GT purchase. Adding tokens (but nothing else) dropped it to $2.78.
I do not have the VIP Gold Ticket banner offer.
There's definitely something fishy right now: Most of the items in my cart appear fixed at $5.99, including some of yesterday's golden ticket items which should be $3.99, one still new and one older item which has a lower price in the list.
My guess would be that the "golden VIP" offer I have in my messages is malfunctioning: I had a "debut new" in my cart and it seemed to set everything related to the sale page but older than today to $5.99 without even adding the code.
Thanks for the input. Really bizarre... And I'm applying all discounts, tokens, GT (I have not only one but two of the still valid GTs), etc. But, for me, it's all $5.99...If the price should be lower, it rises; if higher, it lowers...

I think a lot of us still had yesterday's on-site, so no VIP thing and no new 30 gets you 30 code. They kicked various things and the on-sites are right now (and that link is fixed)
I'm broke, so I don't know if I'm happy or sad that I didn't get that VIP banner until after I checked out with a new release
Can confirm - now have today's offers in my messages, and the GOLDEN-VIP code discounts as it should (at least on the item I tried). Thank you for all you do to get this stuff straightened out!
This was working for me this morning but I ran out of time so left everything in my cart. Came back tonight and now it says the code is invalid. I've tried removing everything not appliable to the offer and it still says the code is invalid.
Both offers in my messages are dated 2025-10-04 so they should still be valid.
GOLDEN-VIP and CREEP-30 are working for me.
GOLDEN-VIP raises the price of some of the eligible items in the cart, though. So be careful.
Here's a screenshot of my cart. It shows 5 still new items (there are actually7 but I could only fit 6 items in the picture). The Night Prowler is the new item to trigger the 3-to-7 item increase.
Has anyone managed to make the GOLDEN-VIP code to work? Common sense tells me it won't get applied on expensive bundles. Is there a max price that I should know?
Yes. I bought 2 character bundles and an add-on bundle.
Where does one find the GOLDEN-VIP code? All I can see is the CREEP-30 code. Are the selections the same for the codes?
