  If you have @Predatron Masked Hero you can get a start with SpaceGhost 

  Here's one I did in Carrara, just did some retexturing in PSE and modelled some simple cuffs

  Hard to get much closer without getting sued.  Fortunately the SG emblem is dead simple to draw, and there are a lot of capes that will work.  I rather doubt that we'll see a version for newer generations of figures, given that Space Ghost Coast To Coast has been out of production for nearly 20 years and I think Andy Merrill (Brak) is the only one of the main cast who's still alive.  I knew both George Lowe (SG) and C. Martin Croker (Zorak), two incredibly brilliant and inventive guys, and this world is a much bleaker place without them.

  ...G3 clothing pretty much will autofit to G8 with little trouble as both figures share the same basic boidy mesh.  You may need to do a bit of adjusting and apply smoothing to deal with any pokethrough.

  With the huge amount of items he has here (and at Rendo) it's not hard to miss stuff. I looked half-a-dozen different ways to find Space Cops #02 here at Daz and couldn't find it, but today it's just laughing in my face:
