I can't seem to find it anywhere on the Daz Store, so I'm suspecting that it might be from elsewhere? Does anyone know by any chance?

I suspect it's a kitbash or something, if you look at promo 2 and 4 you'll see that there's something that doesn't look right on 4.
Whatever it is, it must be old since the character is old.
Actually I think the difference is that on promo 2 a hair strand (from one of the hairs presumably) has been made transparent, while it hasn't on promo 4. You can also see it on the left side of the hair.
Taoz is probably right. There are three hairs listed at the bottom of the promo page as used but do not seem to be in the promos except possibly combined. I could be wrong, but Mousso is known for being an expert at this.

It is amazing how much of a change can be created by simply mirroring the hair. The two characters are identical in the attached image. The only difference is that the hair on the right has an Xscale of -100%, and it looks amazingly different. This hints what a clever modeller like Mousso could do without too much input.

Was browsing some hairs and saw this one, I think it may be the one (the braids match), alone or combined with another.
