Lots of the Princess & The Hound promos don't seem to be in effect.
The Royal Gardens - percentage discount did not increase on any items when I put "3 or more" in my cart, and I didn't get an extra 30% off when I added an "Enchanted New Release"
The King's Kennel - similarly, I didn't get the increase to 85% off when I added the "Enchanted New Relase" to my cart
The new releases' discount is also higher than advertised.
65% off, hesitating because while tempting, unfair to PAs during main sale spurt when I can just wishlist for a much later time
We've reported all of the above, thanks, everyone.
Surely, that would be Daz's fault and not the PA's, and they would have to absorb the cost? If I was a PA I would not be happy that any sale mistake they make would cost me, but maybe that is part of the agreement.
EDIT: Its not the usual 30% on the front page. Back to normal.
BTW:
The "fix" also affected other content, which just roughly doubled the price while in the cart. Unhappy, but unsurprised. Back to zero for today. No bad feelings, though...
Ok, so there may still be some cache issues, but the prices in the cart should be correct.
I'm giving up on today's sale. Now some things don't have any discount at all despite being on the banner page. I've also added some stuff from elsewhere on the store that says 80% off (not involved with today's Princess & Hound stuff) only for it to drop to 60% in cart, meaning it suddenly doubled in price for seemingly no reason
I could be mistaken, but I thing there was a store wide discount applied to many items which on top of explaining the higher than usual discount on new releases, impacted other items (I saw a couple of Daz+ items who also had a lower price than they had yesterday despite not being part of any sales).
Edit:
They are New releases in the Royal Gardens selection, which are either not supposed to be there or are not receiving the proper discount:

I had over 100 items in my wishlist that were getting this price doubling (none of them were new releases or Daz+ or Daz Originals or anything, also from multiple different PAs). They are now showing as 60% everywhere rather than 80% until they go in cart. None of them are from that page you linked either.
Don't worry about it, it just means that the discounts and sales are nowhere near as good as they looked at first. Back to waiting for the good ones. I just find it ridiculous that these kind of problems are a daily occurence and there's barely a day that goes by where multiple issues don't need to be reported to this thread for the sale that launched that day
I experienced the fallout years ago when there was a big storewide glitch and many PA items were being given away, I thoughtlessly mentioned it in a facebook group, I very much doubt I was the only one but it hit me hard when unfriended by a PA and I realised the consequences for them, ironically I actually didn't take advantage of it, just grabbed a couple DO bundles bought out by DAZ anyway so the PAs were paid that I wouldn't have otherwise.
I felt truly awful nonetheless even though I doubt my post made much impact as it was a pretty big glitch seen worldwide by DAZ users,
I will never knowingly take advantage of a glitch now and I have returned stuff when mistakenly have.
As the old adage goes, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
I have reported about products losing any discount.
>I will never knowingly take advantage of a glitch now
Me too, but when you go shopping around 8 and the prices look good, the first idea is not that its a glitch but rather a good sale.
When the prices later double, the normal reaction is to not buy them. Not sure what a PA wants more - selling a $25 item for $2 or not selling it for $4. Most of that is stuff I do not "need" anyway and would not buy at more then 10% at the best of times.
Stuff that I do want gets bought on outcome day for 50%, or gets wishlisted and bought the first time it ditches the 30%. Today, at the original 65% before tokens, I was toying with four new releases. Dumped two but would have bought the other two. Wishlisted now...
I think it's fair when the glitch is easy to not even notice (just a bit of a higher percentage than normal but not anything crazy). You can genuinely not even think it's a glitch.
But I'm reminded of the one from a few months ago when stuff that was supposed to be 60% off instead were all lsited at $0.60, including things that cost over $100 base price. That was so obviously a mistake that I made sure not to buy anything, as I'd also heard of PAs getting screwed over in the past and wasn't confident that they'd get the loss covered
Also, and probably goes without saying, if you add the items listed the advertised discount is not applied to the items in the carst...
Nope, Not a cache issue. I start a new browser session every day, and my my broswer is set to clear history and cache on exit.
The link for "Monarch's Guard" goes to the my whislist fitering for Sci-Fi items, which in itself indicates a possible issue as that is the same link from the "High Tech" wishlist promo which did not work on the 2025-07-30.
Just to be sure, I just cleared my cache, history and cookies, logged in again; surprise, surprise the issue persists.
Yeah, something is messed up with the offer links.
The "Explore the Depths" item goes to a list containing exactly one item, "Alien Landscape Construction Set". And that's the full set of linked items, even after the "Hide Items I Own" filter is turned off.
"Monarch's Guard", as @paolo_35229750 says, goes to my Wishlist and shows a subset of the items on it. The button even says "View Wishlist", although the description makes it clear that that's not the intention.
The list of items linked from "The Royal Gardens", which says that it's "Outdoor Props and Plants", includes such items as "Cyberpunk Kitset" and "FG High School". I know that item selection isn't an exact science, but these ones seem pretty wide of the mark.
Tested with various browsers, cleared cache, logged-in and not.
70% discount works. 85% discount does not.
50% and 60% and extra 30% not applying.
The Caves and Guards links should be fixed now.
The Monarch's Guard button's label is "Shop Noew" ... I guess it is JGE* as the link seems to work ...
*Just Good Enough
I think after all the other issues my life would not be worth a plugged nickel if I pointed that out.
High Tech Wishlist discounts are not applying from the stonemason-deepcore-station-get-lost-in-dark-sci-fi sale page, with a Deep Space new release in the cart. Price for wishlisted items is static at 50% or 60% (yes these items are in the correct genre and within the deal's stated limitations, all released prior to 2025 etc)
Maybe what's happening is the discount for that sale's artist stores is taking priority over the wishlist discount since there's overlap between sci fi artist stores items and wishlisted sci fi items?
Which products are you trying to buy? Are they in the category for the SciFi diuscounts?
Today's banner is "Clever new tools work like magic". Where are the new tools?
Good question!
The extra 20% for having two 'Brilliant' new releases doesn't work (and I checked by adding every of them in my cart :o):
Just came to say the sae thing.
Reported.
I believe they are thinking of the zev toolkit, the sun kissed and AB natural eyebrows/lashes as tools.
