backstory: I like to watch my cricket and footy ( NRL ) so I stream using KAYO here in Australia. I looked into yearly subs to get it cheaper and the only way to get KAYO yearly was through an AFL club which I don't follow at all..
However, as membership and 12 months subscription to Collingwood Club was cheaper by a long way than monthly KAYO subscription I joined the Collingwood Football Club ( in a different state to me ) as my grandson lives in Victoria and follows the Magpies ( Collingwood ) so I just send all the membership perks that come with it to him and I enjoy watching my cricket and NRL to my hearts content on KAYO.
So I got a surprise the other day when Collingwood Marketing rang me and asked how I was enjoying the Magpies season so far ( unbeknown to me they are on top of the table ) .... ummm... yeah.....

Ha! Stezza for the win!
Is that Heckle or Jeckle? Whichever, he looks great!
I think it is ;;;;
whichever it is I bet the other one is ringing up another unsuspecting Magpie member
Duck season!
did you know Marvin the martian and Duck Dodgers was released on this week way back when!
1940 something!
An Australian woman uncredited for her role in taking the hula hoop to the US, leading to a worldwide craze has died aged 101.
Joan Anderson saw bamboo rings being used for exercise on a trip back to Australia before showing it to a toy manufacturing giant.
so today an easy model using the formula in Carrara
Nicely done!
I better get to bed, I can't stay up all night watcihing the Stezza Channel... Thanks for the fun!
+ 1 .
ahh... memories of way back when....
my CB rig I modelled in 2019 from the 70's
the way back machine I modelled back in 2022 and a post in the commons reminded me of it... funny thing that..
Great stuff, as always, love Sherman and Mr. Peabody. Good times indeed!

I've never used a CB radio, but for a few years in the 80s I was a "radio operator/weather observer/air traffic advisor" in the High Arctic at various oil exploration sites, on land and on the ocean. Interestingly enough, it was also a form of time travel...
I had a radio I got from Tandy Electronics with lots of bandwidths including the ones used by CB radio.
While I could only listen, I found it fascinating hearing what was the 80's version of Tinder
lots of YLs chatting to YMs giving their 1020
ironicaly, my current portable radio has ShortWave (not CB) but nobody seems to use it, I got that for when the power is out and emergencies
Brilliant stezza, brings back memories! Stylophone anywone?
thankyou,
73's and 88's
Today a scythe, egg timer and beard for LoRenzo
Nice image, love the overall look!
here's a challenge
https://www.msn.com/en-au/news/other/giant-stick-insect-found-in-australian-jungle
very nice, he can come around and do my yard, while Wendy is frying up that two kilo stick insect for lunch :)
You should see the size of the praying mantis that feeds on the 2 kilo stick insect !!!
Great job, Stezza and Bunyip. I missed over 50 posts of awesome modeling.
For the record - WABBIT SEASON!
I have started on Moxie 4 and Brash 5. Modeling low res in Blender. Here is the current WIP for Moxie (a) raw, low res, with no modifiers, and (b) with modifiers for mirror and subdivision surfaces.
interesting!
great to see
Thanks !!! Nice work !
dreams an nightmares,
@Diomede, nice to see a new start!
nice cups & nice charecters //
I was modelling in the lab late one night.....
did some more work on Lily and needed a chain for the render.....
the boned chain is in the zip file for all the gang.... the chain gang!
Amazing work once again! Thanks for sharing this, pure fun!
BTW I once made a boneless chain using IK ball joints with limits, each chain link having the hotpoint one end and the next link parented to and pivoting from the other side
no idea where I saved it but another option for rigid things you might want to try
