I see they have a new Blender to DAZ studio importer

    https://www.daz3d.com/blender-to-daz-studio-plugin

they should make a Carrara to DAZ studio one too, after all Hexagon has a bridge

instead we just got a duf slippery dip cheeky from Studio

Thanks for the tip !!! Currently learning sculpting in Blender so still a novice with plenty of learning to do .....

Dunno - probably FBX it, will need to solve this myself for the characters I will be modelling in Blender. Aim is to model and rig them in Blender then import them into Carrara for renders.

When I was boxing out/sculpting the character the learner in me did not watch what was happening to the centreline vertices with the result it was a mess. After trying a few options the SX0 was found. Only applied it to the centreline vertices which were all over the shop.

Currently learning Blender sculpting on 4.2, don't know enough at this stage to say if there is a difference .....

Nice find with the sx0 , played with sculpture today with a texture in the brush , lots of fun , mesh mixer sculpt combined with blender works good too , swapping the object from program to program, each has strengths

Thought I better watch a video tutorial on sculpting in Blender instead of rushing in cold turkey, likes like the setup is far easier than what I did which is good news !!!
