Right-click on it in Viewport, see what you find in the menu, and if it can be selected. Better post a screenshot and/or name the product you're using.

Try hiding any fitted items one-by-one and see which, if any, it vanishes with. If it is a fitted item, was it one converted from another figure through AutoFit? It looks like some kind of posing handle, which would usually be a separate bone that could be hidden on the original but any conversion would have integrated it into the basic figure groups.

Thank you for the reply , it cant be selected , and cant be seen in the outline list , and its  visible on/off follows the root of that model,   it is a old poser model ,  when newly add to the viewport,   it dont shows,  but when ctrl click on it's root off then on,   this green arrow shows up and can never be turned off .   I can  goes with it now,   this thing has costed a lot time already ,   I will just drag it below the ground when I dont want see it ,   I think this is a fast solution .   Thanks for concern.

Ah, in the Scene pane option menu (the lined button in the top corner, or right-click the tab) enable Show>Show Hidden Nodes - I think you will then see, and be able to hide, the bone for this.
