    I would suggest you go to your invoices for your purchases and screenshot the relevant purchases to show customer service in a ticket. 

     

    I have no hurry, I will buy those items on a future sale......I don't want to loose some time to ask for a fix. Thnaks anyway for the suggestion!

    There is a link to Daz blog to speak about new features in DS 2025, but it's wrong due to an added 'www.daz3d.com' at the begining of the URL:

    Removing it fix the problem:

    I put this in the "discuss new releases" thread and only just now realized I put it in the wrong place, sorry:

    Screams in Stone is not downloadable. Doesn't show up in DIM, doesn't have a DIM link, and the "Manual Download" link takes you to the Product Library page for it ... which has no download links.

    Alessandro_AM has a new release today (the Goat bundle) but isn't included in the featured artists. Shouldn't he be included?

    Thanks. Sorry I missed the tile. It looks like only a few of his items are included and I own all of them. The ones I am interested in evidently are not included.

    The text is about 2 holidaz deals, but only one is visible and I see no other $2.99 item on the front page of the store.     Why does the cart preview that pops up when you add something to the cart show Lightning Deals? Are they back?

    Are you using the Premier coupon ?

    I don't know if it's intended or not (previously, it was corrected to activate the various promotions linked to the bundle itself), but using it remove the promotion on the starter bundle.

    No I have (not yet) added the premier coupon and Alawa 8 properly discounts down to 1$

    Ok, figured it out. "Any" means actually "any one" so only discounts one bundle

    When was the last "complete the bundle" promotion? I'm being offered a selection of bundles for which I already have the included content in my library. It would be nice if Daz would put a little bit of thought into these "incentives" - any of the past few days could have featured the completion promo in preparation for today's offer, and some small alternative could have been planned in lieu of a Starter bundle.

    There's no need for "complete the bundle" sales anymore, now all bundles should offer you a discount based on which products you already own.

    When did that happen? They aren't showing discounted when initially added to the cart, but they do show as $0 when viewing the cart itself. Some kind of heads up from Daz would have been nice. Anyway, thanks, Leana.

    A couple of weeks ago: if you're adding them from their own page, you should have a text explaining why you have a discount.

    And yes, no discount is shown on the temporary cart panel opening when you're adding something to your cart.
