Where did my options go? What are these changes?

My English is very poor, but I'll try to explain things simply.
I haven't updated anything recently, to my knowledge. When I decided to return to Daz3D to create new scenes, I was quite confused by the missing options.
Why order of options change in the File menu ? And I can't find the menu bar from which I used to launch my renders, etc.
How can I make things go back to the way they were?

I do not know what might have happened.
But try to go to Window > Workspace > Update and Merge Menues
And then Window > Workspace > Select Layout (and select a layout. If you had saved a layout it should be here, else there is only the standard layouts).
You have the menu bar, out of order, it is the tool bar that is missing. But felis is rght, it looks as f the layout was corrupted so selecting one of the defaults (deally the one you started from) or your own saved layout (if you have one) should sort the issue out.

I don't even know why everything started changing.
I'm currently in Japan seeing my family. And I'm wondering what impact the change of country had? It seems like an absurd idea to me.
Anything that caused an issue with DS shutting down has the potential to damage the UI files (though they do make a back-up copy, store the current state, then delete the back up so it should be fairly safe). Anything that makes chnages to the AppData folder can also cuase issues. It is unlikely to be an issue but if you had used your device in a public space (e.g. on the plane or at the airport) it would probably be wise to run your malware scanner(s).
