band-aid removal skin effect?

I want to add a close up image where a G8F character is removing a band-aid from her stomach and want to portray the 'drag pull' effect as the skin moves upwards as the bandaid/tape is peeling off (see pics) any idea's how to do this effect? I'm not asking for any tape or pasties product suggestions but rather how to do this effect. ty.

Here's base G8F with a plane primitive and a d-former, may be the simplest approach.  Her subdivision level is 3.  The d-former spline has a steep falloff.  I nudged its position a bit until it pulled the right number of vertices to look like a straight ridge, then added a small intersecting plane.  Nothing fancy.

There's also a product called Mesh Grabber, which I haven't tried.  Hope this helps.
