Thank you for another very good issue!

P.S.: Is it possible for you to post the competition terms & conditions here? The facebook link doesn't work; maybe because I am not a fb member (and will avoid by all means to become one). I think I am not the only one...

Thank you all for your support!
We would also like to add that should those without Facebook come and want to join our discussion group, make sure you have something indicating on your timeline that you are a dazer or interested in 3D of some sort, if you are new so its easier for us to see whom we accept into the group, thank you! :)

    Never mind,

Third time that ISSUU stopped recognizing my account and forced me to create a new one. If you really want to have it read, upload it on a site that does not suck. Bye bye.

I'm also having a problem logging in. I thought I might have the password wrong, so (foolishly) click on the forgotten pw link - got the email successfully (so it obviously was recognising my account) but the link in the email took me to a pw change page where whatever I typed in was rejected. Ho Hum!

  • Thanks another well done issue

  • nDelphinDelphi Posts: 1,917

I got the issue without issues. :)

Why mess with passwords, some of you having password issues should look into a password manager and KeyScrambler.

Thanks a lot for the new issue, lots of nice freebies as well!

I had a problem logging in using IE, but I had no problems logging in through Chrome. I hope you get that pw issue worked out, because this month's issue is a goodie.

I had a similar problem, tried logging in using facebook but it took a few attempts until it finally worked.

I was using Chrome. Funny because I'd had problems signing in through IE in the past so switched to Chrome. Earlier today neither was working. I went away for dinner and a few chores, came back and tried again and suddenly it was working. Ah well, at least I got the issue to download now.

Oh and I have to say it is worth the effort: another good interesting issue. And thanks for the (many) freebies too, a lovely Christmas gift smiley

  • The time-limited link on page 65 is dead for me - is that just my browser?

I'm downloading it now myself with no issues.

It didn't work for me...FireFox, but if you type in the filename part of the link it will.

Thanks to a major computer error (self inflicted) all my copies got wiped! Just re-downloaded the whole lot!

    CHEERS!

  • caravellecaravelle Posts: 2,644

There was a bit of confusion on my Mac, but in the end I managed a nice & clean download.

Thank you very much for this great issue and all those wonderful freebies!

Is Lenore for G2F no longer available? Issue 9, page 17. I'm getting a broken link or something.

Ah, must be a FireFox issue then - thanks.

And thank you to all the contributors too.

Thanks for another great issue.  YAY!  laugh

  • I've been meaning to say for quite some time how much I love the magazine.  Extremely well done, I've saved every issue.  If I can get myself to stop playing Ark, I hope to start contibuting some pictures.

...need to get the workstation back online.  For some reason there is a login issue with the notebook whereby I can successfully log in, but am not logged in.

Didn't have this occur on the workstation.

nah, I'm getting a 404 in both Firefox and IE. btw, excellent magazine.smiley

    The webpage cannot be found

     HTTP 404

    Most likely causes:

    • There might be a typing error in the address.
    • If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date.

    What you can try:

    Retype the address.

Go back to the previous page.

Go to  and look for the information you want.

    More information

Thanks for updating the tutorial card!  That is immensely helpful.  I've fallen behind so I had to catch up my issues.

I wanted to say I very much liked the Todd Kogutt 'So you want to be a 3D artist' article in #17.  It's frank honesty was very enjoyable.  And it's nice to see DAZ give a platform to people who point out the numerous weaknesses and frustrations with doing 3D art.  Also Seliah's GenX series looks like it will be helpful.

And thanks for all the freebies in #18!  Wow, that's a really cool variety of stuff from V4 to G3F/M.  Very nice!   And that light emission tutorial article should be very useful.
