I've enjoyed DS Creative and I hope you folks manage to regroup and find a way to keep the magazine going. A less frequent schedule would be great and I will continue to pick up the issues.
I'm relatively new to DAZ Studio and the world of 3D in general and only recently discovered DS Creative and am saddened to learn it will not continue, at least in its prior form. I know how challenging putting out a magazine can be. I am the editor-in-chief for Retouching Academy and we put out a paid bimonthly interactive magazine last year on iTunes and Google Play (and a lighter-weight pdf version) called RETOUCHED. Unfortunately had to shutter it, mostly for financial reasons. Soliciting content was always a challenge, even when we were willing to pay for it. Still, it was a fabulous experience and definitely helped aspiring artists hone their skills and make new professional connections in our community.
I have really enjoyed your magazine and becoming a member of this passionate community of artists, so if you are still contemplating what direction DS Creative might take in the future, I would be more than happy to help you if I can.
All the best,
Philip
awe.. I just read this... I wondered where the magazine had gone :(... Bummer too.. I was just thinking about working on some art for the magazine.. Oh well .. (sighs)... Hopefully it will start up again.. I know summer is bad for me and my art... vacations.. traveling.. gardening..etc... but when winter comes.. I need things to do! Thanks for the great issues.. I hope to hear it continue soon ... All the best.. Hugzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
As for tutorials:
Lots of valuable information can be found in forum threads, but these are neither structured nor search-friendly. If the magazin cames again, and you are still searching for content, why not asking the forum contributors if these forum instructions can be formed into a short written tutorial for the magazine?
WE ARE BACK..... :D
Welcome to DS Creative Issue 24 the only magazine for DAZ Studio users

You might have thought that we were dead and buried, but we have been working hard and now we are back now on a bi-monthly basis , so sit back put your feet up and enjoy the only 100% DAZ studio magazine.
...oh cool.
DS Creative is the only place where I can find tutorials in printed format. I have a very low retention factor with videos due to short term memory issues.
Wonderful news
I also missed the printed tutorials as I really hate video tutorials
So happy to see this! Glad to know you are back!
Delighted to see you back! Thanks for all that hard work - I'll look forward to reading this one.
Awesome!! this is the best news I've heard today, so happy you are back!
Wow, what was/is the countdown for?
I thought you might be back, but didn't expect it for a few months based on the countdown. :) (But I'm glad you are back. I always enjoyed the magazine!)
+ 10 on video tutorials :)
Yay!

I'm really happy the magazine is back. I hope it won't be as time consuming for you guys, with the bi-monthly schedule. Like so many others have said, I find the written tutorials so much easier to use than video tutorials.
Thank you.
This is an unexpected happy surprise! I have a question, though. Who is the author of the article on page 40 about how to save poses? I don't see any author credit anyplace, and I'm curious.
YAY YAY YAY... shared links to Fb, Google +, Tumblr and Pinterest!
The table of contents states:
Does that help?
ETA: Seliah is also known as Childe of Fyre... http://childe-of-fyre.deviantart.com/
Yes, thanks. I didn't see that. I was looking at the article itself.
I only noticed it because I saw your question before I opened the magazine. (It was still downloading.) Then I noticed an image in the Gallery, credited to Seliah, but with Childe of Fyre credit on the image itself.

Glad to see you back!
Good detective work.
How lovely to see you all back! Thanks to Fredel for the free gift, too :)
Thank you. It is good to see you back.
Oh my gosh you guys have just made my entire week!
+1

ditto on the 'yay' responses. Off to grab my copy!

Great news! :D

Excellent! Congrats!
I went away from Daz for a year or so and your 2015 issues provided a well-presented refresher of the good Daz Studio development I missed.
Bumping this up, many will find this good news!
Thank you. I missed you.
Awesome to see you back. Love the magazine.
Great news :-) You just cheered up my day and I can't wait to get home from work to download it.
