What would you call this style of halter/neckline?

I saw a woman wearing a dress with this type of neckline of an "O" draped around the neck like a necklace, and then the cloth flows down off the "O" around the chest and abdomen.  I made G9F a swimsuit based off this interesting neckline.  I don't work for a fashion-house, so I don't know what to call this besides a halter-style swimsuit.  Would this be correct?  Or, is there some other name for this particular neckline?  This might be coming out soon, once I can get UV mapping and conforming done, and it cooperates with me.

    yes it's a halter neckline (assuming the back is open). I don't think there's a name for this specific kind of halter.
