I give up, I think I need a complete reinstall of daz studio, I have tried many things but after I install DIM my CMS contrent manager is really messed up:
...Using windows, I have deleted all installations of DAZ using Windows
...so far I have reinstalled daz studio using the DIM, and the postgreSQL server but my installation is still messed up
...at the end of the installation I get a bunch of folders where I have to try to reinstall the files but when I click retry, nothing happens
Please help

Before installing content, you should make sure that the CMS is working.
When you start DIM, and hoover over the database icon, does it then say 'Stop CMS by clicking' (or something similar), i.e. the database is running.
If it is running, have you then verified that the CMS path in DIM is the same as in Daz Studio.
Some more infiomation about the current state of things may help us to help you.

That doesn't really show the issue. Also, please take proper screenshots ratherthan a photo of the screen - assuming that is Windows you can use the Snip and Sketch tool..

I used snip to take those screen shots
Where is downloads saved?
In my windose C drive
But is the path related to OneDrive?
Click the Windows logo button on the Task Bar, type Snip and you should get the Snip & Sketch app. Click New, drag out a rectangle enclosing what you want, then when the app reappears click the disc iicon on the right to save the image.
Please show us you directory settings in DIM (click the gear icon, then go to the Instalaltion tab). Also, you are talking about the Content management Dystem and odd folders but all you have shown so far is Install Manager.

I just installed Daz Studio using IM and I'm getting this, what can be wrong? Installed IM to my windows C drive, this is a fresh install of Daz

How much space do you have on that drive?
476 GB on a 1 TB drive
What does the log in DIM say?
When I launch DazStudio I get nothing showing in My Daz 3D Library
There is nothing in "My Daz 3D Library"

I'm sorry for taking a long time but I have a hard time with the computer
I just noticed that you are trying to install content to 'Program files'.
That will most likely be protected by Windows.
You need to set the content path to another directory.
