Wow absolutely stunning modeling Past as Future, beautiful result.
Past as Future - I fully agree with mermaid.
I found this material in my library with a note that it’s a replication of a material Horo shared a screenshot off, a long time ago, I used it on a sphere; the only light is the default Bryce sky. It makes a nice abstract pattern.
mermaid - very nice object (or abstract). It looks quite 3D-ish and I like how the material looks. No idea when and how I made such a material.
Thanks Horo, I too, have no idea when you shared it.
mermaid - RajRaja’s Bryce Atmo looks wonderful, like the Star Trek ship ! Choclate Abstract is superb !
Horo - Plants are fantastic !
Past as Future - Exquisite objects !
Thanks Bunyip02
Bunyip02 - thank you.
The terrain is from High Resolution Terrains 2 with a material from High Resolution Terrains 3. Sky and ambient light by the Golden_Reg HDRI from Golden Lighting and the key light by the sun.
Superb sunset scene, Horo.
Thank you mermaid.
The setup is from Horo’s Hdri Scene Files 5, with the sky from the Hdri captured Volumetric Skies.
This looks great mermaid. I like how the mountains are in bright sunlight and the lower part with the forest and also the sky are shown in the light of a low sun.
Thanks Horo, I tried many HDRIs before I settled for this one; I also like the result.
Hi, friends! I hope you're well. I decided tonight to sit down and do something in Bryce. Been too long, but there's always so much going on. Anyway, I'll try to post something this weekend, but I'll definitely come say hi with or without
Fencepost52 - Good to see you are still around, Art. Looking forward to your artworks.
Horo - High Resolution Terrains 2 is looking marvellous !
Mermaid - Yellow Mountains render is awesome, love the lighting !
Fencepost52 - Hope you get some Bryce playtime in !
Nice of you to pop in Art, looking forward to seeing your work.
Thanks Bunyip02
Bunyip02 - thank you.
The objects were modelled in Wings3D and given a material from Fifty Funky Shapes and Fifty Funky Metals, like the ground plane on which they stand. Light and colour by the unpublished DevilsBridge HDRI. Additional light and specular by the sun. Two strange metallic forms.
In front of the camera the ALS (Anaglyph Lens System) from True 3D Rendering.
Beautifully presented objects Horo, the anaglyph is awesome
Thank you mermaid.
Fencepost52 I can relate, nice to see you here. Some days I have a lot of issues with my computer, today was a good day, and I had some time, so I decided to finish up some things I was working on. This one is from Hansmar's abstract thread--Thanks Hansmar! Everyone has such unique lovely abstract renders! So I spent days playing with this, weeks ago, that is until my computer started getting weird. I made this from his files, and really liked changing the lighting and colors and sky details.
But then, since I don't really do abstracts and never have before, I thought, what should I do with the result? So I took it, did some post lighting work, then, made it seamless in Filter Forge/Photoshop; then made an HDRI Sky out of it. I changed document sizes for the second render getting a different result--the first is the original document size close up, even though the camara stayed the same. This got me playing around with the panorama feature in Bryce which was a lot of fun.. so many rabbit holes to go down in Bryce
PixelPie - very nice results of your abstract endeavours.
Wow very colorful variations Pixelpie. Awesome Photoshop version.
Horo - Widgets are top-notch !
PixelPie - Abstracts are wonderful, glad your computer allowed you to render them out !
Thank you Bunyip02.
The object was modelled in Wings3D and given a self made material. It is surrounded by an HDRI from HDRI for Fun, from which also the light comes. Rendered with depth of field (DOF). A colourful unknown insect within a chromatic net.
Wow, fantastic result, Horo, very colorful,
Thank you mermaid.
Two spheres and a cylinder with partly transparent and reflective material with bump lit by an Hdri from Hyper Texture Base.
Well done, friends. It's good to see y'all and your great works. I'm so rusty and can't get the creative juices flowing, but came across some instructions Horo put together on creating something that resembles looking at an object through a high res x-ray or something and I gave it a whirl. Nothing fancy, but it was fun to do and make me dig back into the gray matter a bit for adjusting parameters a bit to achieve certain results. The model is from here: https://www.daz3d.com/infiltrator
