Hansmar - thank you. Very nicely done scene with the three-headed hydra.
Thanks Hansmar, fantastic scene with the Hydra Monster.
The terrain and the slightly adjusted material are from Gritstone Hills. The aircraft is the Biplane sku 3166. Sky and ambient light by the unpublished ErmClouds17_SD HDRI and the key light by the sun.
Wow outstanding landscape Horo, love the terrain materials.
Thanks, Horo and mermaid010.
Lovely terrain, great texture and nice addition of the airplane, Horo.
My next render is one, with the River from the High resolution terrains no. 1 from Horo. I added a Genesis 3 figure (Annie) and the Mil big cat sr1 le. Also a bird of prey from the set with low poly birds from which I used birds before. I played with the textures and one of the HDRI enhanced skies by Horo.
Congratulations to everyone for the great renders created. As always, the variety is enormous, and I'm glad to be part of this community.
Well, after a while away due to a lot of things to do at home, I'm back with a couple of scenes created to get back to Bryce's game. I didn't do much work on them, just played around with the elements and the setting.
Eternity:
While playing around with Deep Space HDRI, I came up with the idea of creating something simple that would reflect eternity by showing the infinite universe.
Reflected Universe:
A variation on Eternity, but without the haze and with a sphere that reflects the entire universe, where galaxies are visible like grains of sand (yes, I'm referring to Brian Aldiss's book).
Now that I have more time, I hope to get back to Bryce (and VUE, too). Thank goodness I finally finished the damn novel (250 pages and 150,000 words), and then the editing process will begin. Of course, after that, I'll get to work on the cover illustration.
Greetings, everyone.
mermaid - thank you.
Hansmar - thank you. Very nicely done river scene.
Teobaldo - thank you. Two very nice deep space renders. Looking forward to see more from you.
Hansmar - superb river scene, like the addition of the cat, lady and bird of prey.
Teobaldo - thanks, two beautiful space scenes, like Horo hoping to see more of your work.
"Grandma's House" Pines and house set from DAZ. BG pines are a separate render of instances. IBL used. Sunlight filtered thru pines behind camera. Filter Forge used for watercolor effect. This one was a crash fest with high polygon count with instances and all. Probably to 10 hours to render. Note: don't use IBL with trees, with any transparency or complicated mats!
krickerd - this is a beautiful result, it was certainly worth all the effort you put into it.
Krickerd - fantastic work, well done
I don’t know where I got the terrain or the material; the water material is by Horo, the Low Path Hdri (available at Horo’s site) was used as a backdrop.
mermaid - beautifully done mossy rock in the pond, the backdrop fits the scene nicely.
Hansmar - Urban ruins set renders are awesome ! Hydra monster is magnificent ! Genesis 3 figure (Annie) is wondrous !
Horo - Mars Base by Drachenlords scene is superb ! Gritstone Hills with a modified material from High Resolution Terrains 2 is fantastic ! Castle and the towers is exquisite ! A cone with adjusted Streaming Rays by Frozencry is splendid ! Biplane scene is fabulous !
Mermaid - Space Construction Kit & Terrains is wonderful ! Stacked terrains is charming ! Low Path Hdri scene is tremendous !
krickerd - The Old Barn is excellent ! "Grandma's House" is phenomenal !
Teobaldo - Renders are marvelous, Reflected Universe is my favourite !
Hope I didn't miss anyone !
Thank you Bunyip02.
Thanks Horo and Bunyip02
Oh my, wonderful landscapes, homestead, space images. Everyone's been busy since I've been gone. Bravo all!
Thanks everyone. Good practice. Nice to challenge my brain on something other than Grim Dawn builds
Mysterious tower. Dragon Bridge from DAZ. Tower from Renderosity. David B terrain mats (modified). Post in GIMP.
NGartplay - thank you.
krickerd - thank you. Very nicely done mysterious tower in the fog behind the bridge.
Thanks NGartplay
Very nice mysterious tower krickerd
In front of the camera the Spherical Mapper from Lenses and Filters. The terrain is from Gritstone Hills with a material from High Resolution Terrains 1. The water is the ground plane with my own material. Sky and ambient light by an HDRI from "High Resolution Terrains 3" and the key light by the sun. Panoramic view of a rocky landscape with a lake. On my website I have it as an interactive panorama.
Nice, Horo!
I found this old project from 2019 never finished. I had made some slightly closer islands with instances and I think was having trouble. I ditched that and just made spikey tree terrains on the mountains and filled in the FG. Mountains are World Machine tiffs.
krickerd - thank you. This mountain landscape with the lake looks very nice and inviting.
In the Land of Mordor? Started out as an experiment with Mordor fractal at planetary resolution. Added Mordor mat. Added Mordor sky but tweaked A LOT and added a volume slab with endless tweaking. Wyvern rendered in DAZ Studio with a similar light angle. Post in GIMP. Okay it won't allow me to upload...
Horo - magnificent realistic scene, awesome lighting, unfortunately I couldn't find the panorama, I checked all 4 panorama galleries.
krickerd - super scene, well done
Maybe the format is the problem, I have problems if I'm trying to upload bmp files and sometimes png files
mermaid - thank you. Sorry you could not find the pano. From my website, select Gallery > Gallery 2 > Panoramas (or from the thumbnail list click on the last one) then click on the top left one. If your browser cannot handle HTML5 and JavaScript is not enabled, then it does not work.
Thanks Horo, I was looking in the wrong place, fantastic panorama
Lovely landscape, Krickerd
