Problem scaling Herschel Hoffmeyer's Tyrannosaurus McRaeensis

Hello,

I am working with Herschell Hoffmeyer's magnificent T. mcreensis and I want to scale it down to a more realistic size. However, when I move the scale slider, the model moves up and down on the y-axis and doesn't scale at all. I tested all of the scale sliders, and in fact, none of them work properly.(The x scale does nothing, the z scale moves the figure on the z axis and the y scale moves the figure on the y axis). Does anyone know why this would be happening? Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

    Try selecting the Hip node in the figure structure and scale that instead. I had the same issue recently with a different animal figure and that allowed me to scale it properly.
