Weird jagged glitch on glove hand
So im trying to make a Ninja Turtle and apply clothes on him but I am having some issues with the gloves. For the two middle fingers I shrinked them down in Blender so the turtles only have 3 fingers like shown here but im thinking it is now messing with middle part of the gloves. Any help on this would be great.

this looks like what happens when part of the geometry (even a single vertex) is not weighted correctly. You can probably fix this pretty easily in D|S Node Weight Map Brush tool options with Normalize Weight - this goes over the model's geometry and makes sure all vertices have 100% total weight.
re: shrinking the fingers, if you scaled the bones, that might cause a problem (don't scale bones outside of D|S) but if you just scaled the points down that should never be an issue.
Okay, so scale the fingers while inside Daz3D and that should fix the gloves issue? Im about to test it out and hopefully it works
I mean, scaling bones is probably not the best way to handle your problem in any case, but if you're going to do it, do it strictly inside of DAZ Studio, don't export or import scaled bones unless you have a super good reason for it. If I was doing this I would just get rid of the middle and ring finger bones completely and weight the mesh of the two fingers to the index and pinky bones.
Yeah my goal with the ninja turtles was to just have the index and pinky shown and used. But scaling them in blender caused im sure the issues I was having before. Really the steps im stuck on now is just finding a way to hide the middle fingers for the gloves and ears for the head. But again the suggestions so far is great as anything new in advice is always better.
I will give you a hand with this (haha) if you still have problems, it's probably a lot easier than you think. If you still have trouble with it post some more info like what the base mesh looks like before you scale anything etc and we can figure out what to do to get what you want.

The old three finger morphs from Creature Creator did standard shaping, the key was to lock the bends on the hidden joints (and to make sure they don't steal vertices that you want moving with the other fingers in fitted items).
So here is a preview of the hands straight out of Wrap4D after using a Ninja Turtle base from COD. The fingers are inside the hands so what I did before was pull them and shrink them individually and place them as a nub where they use to be
I used this same method on the ears and the mask had some weird issues also. So im hoping figuring out the hands can me figure out other aspects for the turtles.
honestly if I were you, if you're even kinda competent with Blender I would delete the finger geometry entirely and just close the polygon hole(s) with bridge or weld the open points together. If this model is already rigged and weighted, this shouldn't really break anything although the couple of new polys will need to be placed on the UV map (in Cinema it would be the UV Terrace tool, I don't know what the blender equivalent is).
Once you get it back into DAZ Studio (if that's where it's supposed to end up, or whatever other app) you can just delete the middle and ring finger bones and clean up the weighting a little bit.

Yeah im making this as a figure to go on my Renderhub and this being my first character I want it to be best as possible. I'll test out the method you had but I brought a more stylized Ninja Turtle from someone else before and the figures shrunk when adjusting the morph so I thought it possible with this one but I guess not. Thank you for helping so far about to test this out
So I tried the delete method and got an error on Daz3D for what I am guessing is not having the same amount of polys for the G8M figure. So im wondering if I just have to find a way to have the gloves not acknowledge the middle fingers at all. I tried highlighting the middle part and setting fill selected to 100 while on the hand bone for the gloves but that doesn't work.
