Daz Inactivated My Premiere Membership

Did anybody else have their membership inactivated this month? I subscribed for a year and it's saying I'm inactive. This has happened before, I'm getting sick of telling Daz to give me what I paid for.

    Moved to the Commons as it is not a Daz Studio application issue.

    When did you purchase an annual Premier membership? It isn't showing in your order history as far as the person we asked to check could tell.
